360° Images for Every Home We Inspect

Unlike many other inspection companies, we offer 360° images of every home inspected. The 360° camera will be used to collect images of every room in the home along with a view of the home’s facade and a view of the neighborhood.  Before purchasing and making repair decisions, you will spend a relatively short amount of time in the home itself. What these images allow you to do is go back and virtually tour the property whenever you want, refreshing your mind about its layout and details that you may have forgotten.

Buyers Inspection

Buyer’s Inspection

Buying a home is a huge responsibility and requires access to honest and accurate information about the property. During the Buyer’s Inspection, Dave Holt Home Inspections helps clients understand how the home operates, what repairs should be requested, and what kind of investment this home will be. By the end of the inspection, buyers should feel confident about the decisions they are facing.

Pre Listing Inspection

Pre-Listing Inspection

Before listing a home on the market, it is important that sellers fully understand the property’s strengths and weaknesses so they can be communicated honestly to potential buyers. During a Pre-Listing Inspection, we uncover things about the home that the seller should be aware of. They will then have the opportunity to repair the home ahead of time, making it more attractive for offers.

Re Inspection

Re-Inspection

After a Buyer’s Inspection, buyer and seller will come to an agreement about which repairs should be made before closing. After these repairs are made to the home, we can do a Re-Inspection to offer some additional peace of mind going forward, checking the quality and completeness of the repairs.

New Construction Inspection

New Construction Inspection

A newly built home should be thoroughly inspected for oversights in construction before the final walk-through. Offering a fresh perspective in the home, we will find the defects that may have been overlooked so that the home can be made move-in ready.

New Construction Phase Inspection

New Construction Phase Inspections

Having a construction project inspected at all called-for phases will lead to a high-quality finished product. We will visit the site after each phase, making sure that defects are addressed before the builder moves on. This puts minds at ease that issues are not getting hidden by finishing material.

4 Point Inspection

4 Point Inspection

For insurance purposes, an inspection of what insurance companies consider to be the home’s four most important areas may be requested. During the 4 Point Inspection, we inspect the home’s roof, electrical system, plumbing system, and HVAC system.

Loan Draw Inspection

Loan Draw Inspection

Lenders like to know the condition of a home and its likely repair or upgrade needs before working with a new client. During the Loan Draw Inspection, we write up a report that contains all of the information your loan provider needs to make the best agreement.

Aging In Place Inspection

Aging-in-Place Inspection

Senior citizens should be able to live comfortably in their own homes for as long as possible. We offer Aging-in-Place Inspections, during which we thoroughly inspect the home for accessibility, comfort, low-maintenance, and safety. With this information, the home can be upgraded or repaired in a way that makes a senior citizen less dependent on others as they continue living in their own home.
