At Dave Holt Home Inspections, every report is carefully written and generated using HomeGauge Software. Reports are written immediately following the inspection while the information is still fresh in my mind and then delivered by email within 24 hours or less. High-quality videos and expandable high resolution images are included in every report, along with easy-to-follow information about the home’s systems and components. With the Create Request List™ (CRL)™ tool you will find included with the report, you and your real estate agent can build a list of repairs directly from my findings and share it with the push of a button.
