A Teacher for First-Time Home Buyers
With all of that knowledge and experience about home operation and inspection, Dave wanted a way to share the information he knew with the people who needed it most. He teaches a class for first-time home buyers through Family Resources of New Orleans, during which he instructs future homeowners on topics including how to select a lender, distinguishing between loan types, addressing financial programs, the pros and cons of homeownership, and more. In addition, Dave offers a discount of $50 off a home inspection to anyone who has taken his class.
